Appealing certain ban types
Permanent bans
They may be appealed. Most of the ban appeals are about permanent bans. However, if you were banned for hacking / ban evading/ advertising then the chances of you getting unbanned are low (in case of hacking, there's no chances at all).
Temporary bans
Exactly as date bans, they may be appealed.
